Guidelines for Paper Presentation


Paper authors are invited to give a 20min presentation and will have 5min for Q&A.

Please check the Conference Program in order to get information about your paper slot.

Presentations must be prepared using MS Power Point or PDF format.

At least 30 min before your session starts, introduce yourself to the organization members and provide your presentation file in a USB drive.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation


Posters should be of paper or thin card material.

Posters should be no larger than 84cm wide x 119cm (A0) high in portrait size, not landscape.

Use large enough fonts so that it would be easy to read the poster. For headings, we recommend you to use 48 point font size, for text, a 18 point font size.

Any other equipment such as a free standing display, computer display equipment or other audio-visual equipment are not permitted.

All posters will be presented at the Poster Session on Tuesday afternoon, and all poster presenters are expected to display their posters and stand by them to answer questions of the audience.

Posters presenters are also invited to prepare a short presentation (2 slides, 3 minutes max.) for introducing their posters to the whole audience. Presentations will be performed during the Poster Introduction Session, right before the Poster Session on Tuesday afternoon.
